Baby Quilt #2

My friends keep having babies. It's kind of annoying, but on the bright side they are the cutest in the world (totally objective fact). A few years ago I made this Muppet babies quilt for the first of the preggos. This time around I was a wee bit late, and instead of giving the quilt to the pregnant mother, I gave it to the almost-a-year-old infant. Oops. But since, as I mentioned, Liv is one of the best babies in the world, I'm sure she'll forgive me.

 

 

The pattern is the same one that my mom and grandmother have used in their family quilts. The little chicks on motorcycles are my absolute favourite part, since I somehow get the feeling that Liv is going to be an adventurous little Chick. Isn't she the cutest thing you've ever seen? Oh, my ovaries. I'd better get back to work, though, as I'm already two babies behind on my quilt-making.  (Seriously. So many babies.)
